The CORE-GEOUS™ technique

CORE-GEOUS™ is a unique approach to better health and fitness that gently and effectively tones, conditions and strengthens your CORE giving you a lean and strong physique, irregardless of age or fitness level.

When teaching group classes or coaching private clients, the principles of my technique derive from both my fitness background and my contemporary ballet training:

  • Build abdominal/back muscles to create an unstoppable CORE for stability and back pain relief

  • Focus on proper body alignment during exercise execution to combine several muscle groups and build a stronger you 

  • Sculpt and reshape your entire physique by strengthening weak muscles and improving muscular flexibility

  • Support you individually, listen attentively, model a healthy and positive relationship experience, and provide specific feedback/solutions tailored to you and your unique circumstances.
